Mid-Century Danish Modern Lane Esteem Caned Drawer Floating Top Coffee Table
Offered is a Danish Modern-inspired modern coffee table by Lane Furniture's 'Esteem' line. This gorgeous walnut table gives the illusion of a floating top. Legs and stretchers are sculptured in the Danish fashion and the edges of the tops are feathered out in a thin, upswept contour. Sides are gently bowed in keeping with the sculptured character of the design. Impressively figured American Walnut in the tops is accented with borders. Drawer fronts are panelled with woven cane. It is signed by Lane, Style 983-01. Very good condition with a refinished top and some age wear (surface scratches).
