What a find. Offered is a vintage vanity and mirror designed by Count Alexis de Sakhnoffsky for Heywood Wakefield's 'Crescendo' line. This piece is made of birch and features the streamlined modern look Sahknoffsky was known for. Mirror is attached, but can be removed. Features a cool glass insert and curved sides. Includes six drawers - bottom right drawer has a perfume organizer (see photos). The piece is in decent condition considering its age (circa 1940s), has noticeable wear including water stains/finish issues and surface scratches throughout. Can stand to be refinished.
